Terms and Conditions of Membership in the Business Podcast Accelerator

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the membership program The Business Podcast Accelerator, created and managed by One Stone Creative Inc. (“the Company”). By joining the membership, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Membership Eligibility

2.1 Membership is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

2.2 Members may share access with a single member of their team.

2.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant without explanation.

3. Membership Fees and Payment

3.1 Membership fees of $247USD are due monthly and will be billed automatically to the card used on registration.

3.2 Fees are subject to change with prior notice to members.

3.3 Membership fees are non-refundable except as specifically provided in these Terms and Conditions.

4. Term and Renewal

4.1 Membership will continue until cancelled by the member or by One Stone Creative Inc.

4.2 Members may cancel at any time. Partial months will not be refunded or prorated.

5. Benefits and Services

5.1 Members are entitled to:

-One Monthly Episode Review. Members will submit an episode for reviewing using the provided form and selecting the area in which they would like feedback.

-One Monthly Group ROI Clinic Call where members will learn new strategies for optimizing their podcast and have the opportunity to workshop their own shows.

-Stats Tracking Accountability. Members are entitled to a personalized stats tracking document based on information they submit. They are further entitled to monthly reminders to complete their stats, and help in doing so if needed.

-One Quarterly Planning Group Call in which they will be guided through planning the next quarter’s worth of content for thier podcast.

-On-Demand Email and Voice Support, with an expected average of one to two messages weekly.

5.2 Benefits must be used during each month, service do not roll over if unused, and refunds will not be provided in whole or part because of unused services.

5.3 The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove benefits without prior notice.

6. Member Conduct

6.1 Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the Company.

6.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate membership if a member engages in conduct that is deemed harmful to the Company or other members.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Personal information collected from members will be used in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

7.2 Members consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

8.1 The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the members’ participation in the membership program.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

9.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of these changes.

10. Termination

10.1 Members may terminate their membership at any time by notifying the Company in writing.

10.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate any membership for breach of these Terms and Conditions without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1  All intellectual property rights in and to the services, contents, materials, and documentation provided by One Stone Creative Inc. (including but not limited to information, logos, designs, brand names, images, software, applications, and website) are owned by or licensed to One Stone Creative Inc. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights from the Company to the member.

11.2  Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Company’s services and materials for their company podcast in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any other use or exploitation of the Company’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited, unless prior written permission is obtained from the Company.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Province of Ontario.
